  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to align strategic priorities, facilitate communication, and drive consensus on initiatives. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless execution of plans and initiatives.
  • Strategic Communication: Prepare and present strategic recommendations, findings, and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Develop clear and concise presentations and other materials to communicate complex ideas and facilitate the decision-making process.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or work experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree. Master's degree preferred
