Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks independently or collaboratively within a cross-functional High-Performance Work Team.
  • Utilize computing systems to retrieve job-related information, including drawings and specifications.
  • Employ various power tools, hand tools, and torque tools effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting quality, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Carry out all assembly processes based on detailed work instructions, including reworks and repairs.
  • Support the definition, implementation, completion, and monitoring of the work scope.

Work Environment:

This position requires full onsite presence. The selected candidate will be expected to work at the designated location.

Shift Requirements:

Candidates must be available to work either 1st or 2nd shift.

Union Representation:

This role is represented by a union.

Security Clearance:

The position necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Over 1 year of experience with powered hand tools or equipment.
  • More than 1 year of experience in mechanical and assembly integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 1 year of experience in electronic and mechanical work.

Education and Experience:

Experience equivalent to 1 year in electronic, mechanical, or related technical fields, or completion of a two-year degree in electronics, mechanical, or other technical disciplines.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not available for this position; candidates must reside in the area or manage their own relocation.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
