What You'll Do

You'll be part of our industry-leading Commercial HVAC sales team, working with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings. Your technical expertise will help you grow and maintain relationships with valued commercial customers, solving their challenges and selling Trane Technologies climate solutions products to achieve a more sustainable world.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a base pay of $73,000, with opportunities for commission-based earnings and industry-leading benefits. You'll also receive relocation assistance, a daily stipend, and lodging during the 5-month training program.

Travel and Location

During the training program, you'll relocate to La Crosse, WI, and after completion, you'll work in a defined geographic location with less than 15% travel. As a Trane Technologies employee, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid or onsite assignment at one of our facilities across North America.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in engineering, a valid driver's license, and the ability to provide proof of insurance. You'll also need to be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
