Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of program activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and external agencies to promote program visibility and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in child welfare administration, child protective services, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families.
  • Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations, including the Child Welfare Act and the Family First Prevention Services Act.
