Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst, Data Intelligence to join our team at Publicis Digital Experience (PDX). As a key member of our Data Strategy & Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing analytic strategies that drive business growth and inform data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Analytics Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing analytics plans that measure performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage Projects and Teams: Lead projects that focus on the impact and/or ROI of marketing activities, including online and offline CRM direct marketing, cross-channel campaigns, digital advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for analytical tools and techniques, including advanced SQL and analytics software packages.
  • Deliver Insights and Recommendations: Ensure timely delivery and integration of conclusions, recommendations, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify Research and Analytics Initiatives: Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development and create business cases for successful analytics initiatives.
  • Design and Manage Strategic Analytic Roadmaps: Design and manage strategic analytic roadmaps for clients and present results to clients and prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Marketing Analytics Experience: 3+ years of marketing analytics experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in statistical and econometric analysis.
  • Advanced Analytic Techniques: Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, market mix, and ROI measurement.
  • Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytic dashboard development, with a preference for Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Shiny, or other platforms.
  • SQL and Advanced Analytics Software: Fluent in SQL, with a working knowledge of R, SAS, SPSS, or other advanced analytics software packages.
  • Integrated Direct Marketing Principles: Advanced understanding of integrated direct marketing principles and cross-channel marketing measurement and analytic strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy and Analytics Design: Knowledge and applied experience with marketing strategy and analytics design and delivery.
  • Site Analytics Suites: Working knowledge of site analytics suites, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop presentations and present insights and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced team environment, with a proven track record of dealing directly with clients.
