Position Overview
As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during their stay. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain flexibility in your work schedule, accommodating weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out processes in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Ensure accurate handling of payment and credit transactions.
  • Compile and distribute daily operational reports.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies related to room status.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities is beneficial.
