  • Resolve discrepancies related to room status.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest services during the check-in and check-out phases, process payments in line with hotel standards, and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service; hotel experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus.
