Guest Services Representative

- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes in accordance with hotel regulations.
- Adhere to payment and credit protocols with precision.
- Compile and distribute daily operational reports.
- Resolve discrepancies related to room status.
Deliver exceptional guest services during the check-in and check-out phases, process payments in line with hotel standards, and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service; hotel experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are beneficial.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus.
