The Outlet Sales Associate is passionate about sales and committed to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves collaborating with team members and leaders to proactively ensure customer satisfaction. The Outlet Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, delivering exceptional service, and representing the RH brand positively in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify our vision, values, and beliefs in daily activities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all RH products and services
  • Inform customers about the features and benefits of RH furniture and accessories
  • Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Uphold the RH brand through effective communication and professional presentation
  • Ensure brand integrity by adhering to visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or the home furnishings industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with modern technology, including iPads, MAC, and PC
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. safely
  • Efficiently navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Ability to stand, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and climb for extended periods
