We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Specialist, you will be the face of Asurion, delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and repair services for customer electronic devices
  • Monitor virtual messaging platforms and upsell Asurion home+ products
  • Drive quality sales in job fusion roles such as Delivery & Expert Set up and Messaging
  • Complete initial 5-week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications
  • Manage inventory and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes
  • Self-manage and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, based on business needs
  • A completed background check (criminal and drug test)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
