Job Summary:

The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during surgical procedures while ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients undergoing eye surgery
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among colleagues

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience preferred
