Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Charge RN-Surgery to join our team at MSRCOSMOS HEALTHCARE STAFFTING. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work multiple shifts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in the surgery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe working environment. As a Charge RN-Surgery, you will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, managing nursing staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in the surgery department, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment is highly desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
