Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Information Technology, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and work closely with IT leadership and key stakeholders to secure top-tier talent. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement a recruitment strategy that fosters a strong partnership with business leaders while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential in supporting the Bank's strategy to cultivate a workforce composed of highly skilled, high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Collaborate with various levels of leadership, including senior executives, to identify hiring needs and create a tailored recruitment strategy to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize strategic and innovative approaches to proactively source both active and passive candidates from diverse channels (online databases, employee referrals, industry events, professional networks, research, etc.), ensuring a robust pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by advising leaders on expectations, providing timely feedback, and ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to the development of best practices, technologies, and overall solutions to elevate the talent acquisition function.
  • Execute all recruitment activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and employment laws, including adherence to OFCCP requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and/or agency IT recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Proficient in sourcing, recruiting, and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, with experience in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other innovative sourcing methods, as well as familiarity with recruiting technologies/applicant tracking systems (Workday).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
