Objective:

The Client Transport Specialist is dedicated to delivering secure and compassionate transportation services for individuals attending outpatient and residential treatment programs. This role is vital in fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for clients during their non-emergency travel. The Specialist exemplifies the core principles of Southeastern Integrated Care LLC, emphasizing the facilitation of recovery journeys for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in safely boarding and disembarking from vehicles
  • Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the transportation process
  • Efficiently manage transportation requests
  • Maintain precise records and secure necessary signatures
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients
  • Safeguard client confidentiality
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections
  • Report any incidents and oversee vehicle inventory
  • Utilize electronic systems for operational efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle fuel levels
  • Identify and report any vehicle malfunctions
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs
  • Adhere to data protection standards
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities

Supervisory Role:

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
