About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Doughnut Maker to join our team at Krispy Kreme. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating our iconic doughnuts while maintaining the highest level of quality and adhering to our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production, including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
  • Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts.
  • Record keeping of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
  • Maintain sanitation standards within the production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift.
  • Ability to understand weights and measurements.
  • Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our team members are empowered to showcase their originality.
  • Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
  • Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
