Associate Manager, Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager, Quality Engineering to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our APIs and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure thorough testing of APIs and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and product ownership, to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop automation scripts using the latest technology trends and tools.
- Identify potential risks and proactively communicate these risks to the cross-functional team to ensure timely and coordinated mitigation efforts.
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience testing APIs (REST/GraphQL) using Postman/Swagger, integration testing.
- 4+ years of test automation experience with API (REST) automation framework using Selenium, Appium, and scripting languages such as Java/Python.
- Thorough understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS services such as S3, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
- Experience in SQL for data querying and validation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, along with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with and help direct the testing efforts of a small group of QA engineers.

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
