Quality Assurance Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers to design, develop, and implement quality systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to quality engineers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of related quality assurance experience.
  • Previous management and leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
