Job DescriptionHigh Voltage Cable Accessory Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in the high voltage cable accessory industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an effective distributor network to ensure comprehensive coverage of all utilities in the area.

Maximize the effectiveness of our independent manufacturer's representatives through a comprehensive channel management process, including communications, required sales levels, and management reporting.

Develop pricing strategies to achieve business objectives set by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Provide in-territory support for all named OEM accounts.

Coordinate trips and technical presentations.

Communicate regularly with customers and internal employees regarding sales issues.

Coordinate and develop marketing displays, promotions, and strategies for all industry shows and engineering seminars.

Requirements:

5 years of high voltage experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

5 years of sales experience with direct account management experience.
