Job Summary

Morgan Virtual Psychiatry PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, from 5 and up, located in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with our Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and adherence to collaborative practice laws.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and external partners to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Texas and/or New Mexico, Colorado, Washington.
  • Experience in telehealth or online psychiatric care preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
