Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Primary Care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
  • Experience in Primary Care or a related setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
