Key Performance Indicators

The successful Territory Account Executive will be measured on their ability to meet or exceed sales targets, develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, and build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

In addition to these key performance indicators, you will also be expected to attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
