Collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, elevating brand visibility, and safeguarding the company's public image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute internal communication plans to maintain uniform messaging throughout the organization.
  • Produce compelling content for diverse communication platforms, including newsletters, social media, and corporate gatherings.
  • Oversee Town Hall meetings and employee events to motivate and connect with staff.
  • Work in partnership with cross-departmental teams to guarantee consistent business messaging.
  • Assist in external communication initiatives, such as press announcements and media outreach.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of communication efforts through established performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
