About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. As a remote worker in the USA, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer calls with empathy and expertise
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
