About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team at TTEC. As a remote worker in the United States, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
  • Integrity to maintain customer privacy
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet access
