Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining customer privacy
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet access
