Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join our team at Temple Health. As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing patient care through visit by taking histories, performing special tests, and overseeing patient hours.
  • Operational workflow and performing special tests, including auto fractions lensometry, K-reading, visual fields, and A and B scans.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Experience: 2 Years experience in a related discipline (Preferred)
  • General knowledge of and experience with patient work-up, related diagnostic tests, and surgical assistance (Preferred)
