Lead Advanced Practice Provider, Orthopedic Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to lead our Orthopedic Surgery team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction, education, and oversight to our advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical direction and education to advanced practice providers
- Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and professional growth and development of advanced practice providers
- Investigate and respond to patient complaints and concerns
- Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling and CME days for advanced practice providers
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed advanced practice provider
- Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of management principles and practices, practice evaluation, and process improvement
