Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to lead our Orthopedic Surgery team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction, education, and oversight to our advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical direction and education to advanced practice providers
  • Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and professional growth and development of advanced practice providers
  • Investigate and respond to patient complaints and concerns
  • Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate scheduling and CME days for advanced practice providers
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed advanced practice provider
  • Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of management principles and practices, practice evaluation, and process improvement
