Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings to ensure staff are informed and aligned.
  • Supervise and assist back-of-house and front-of-house staff as needed.
  • Arrange for new employee onboarding, including scheduling training and ordering uniforms.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Aloha or Toast.
  • Strong math and reporting skills to manage inventory and finances.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills to lead and motivate staff.
  • Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
