About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our entire line of products and services to wholesale customers.
  • Work closely with local store managers to identify sales opportunities and develop plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Identify specific customer needs and align solutions with NAPA's offerings.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge of lines.
  • Engage customers through all of NAPA's eSales programs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a retail store or outside sales environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role and the ability to perform in a quota-driven environment.
  • Basic selling skills, including preparing for sales calls, managing customer meetings, handling customer resistance, closing sales, and account maintenance.
  • Capability to present information in group meetings.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years.
