Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optical Sales Professional to join our team at National Vision. As an Optical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales objectives in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Meet National Vision's sales objectives by effectively presenting and selling eyeglass features and specialty lenses.
  • Maintain awareness of same-day service using the 'Ready When Promised' production board.
  • Ensure customers receive quality products in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a store environment.
