Marketing Manager, Americas

Arlon Graphics, LLC is a leading manufacturer of cast vinyl materials for the visual expression industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our commercial team in the Americas region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with the global marketing creative team to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing channel marketing plans to drive customer expansion and loyalty
- Managing the regional marketing team and providing direction and evaluation
- Collaborating with the global marketing creative team to ensure global alignment and marketing best practices
- Analyzing and reporting monthly measures of effectiveness of marketing campaigns
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a marketing automation platform and customer relationship management software. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience, with a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of website analytics (i.e., Google Analytics)
- Experience working in a marketing automation platform and customer relationship management software
- Strong communication skills, in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)
Additional Education, Experience and Skills for consideration:
- HubSpot experience
- Sign, printing, graphics industry experience
Pay Transparency:
The current pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
