Marketing Manager, Americas

Arlon Graphics, LLC is a leading manufacturer of cast vinyl for the visual expression industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our commercial team in the Americas region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, digital marketing, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing plans, managing the regional marketing team, and collaborating with the global marketing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans, including channel marketing strategies, event planning, and marketing communications.
  • Manage the regional marketing team, including mentoring, direction, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing creative team to ensure global alignment, marketing best practices, and brand consistency.
  • Support the sales team and key channel partners through distributor marketing programs and MDF.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaigns with metrics, across social media, email, virtual, and in-person events.
  • Localize global marketing creative, including web, social, and physical collateral.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial events.
  • Strategize and develop tools and features for the Customer Service and Sales Departments to drive customer expansion and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years' relevant working experience, with a minimum of two (2) years' recent experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of website analytics (i.e., Google Analytics).
  • Experience working in a Marketing Automation Platform and Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong communication skills, in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal).
  • Microsoft Office proficient.

Additional Education, Experience, and Skills for consideration:

  • Bi-literate Spanish.
  • HubSpot experience.
  • Sign, printing, graphics industry experience.

Pay Transparency:

The current pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training, and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
