Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead the development of large data architecture initiatives and provide technical leadership in modern data architecture for our business-wide portfolio of analytics services, solutions, and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design authority to approve proposed data architecture and design, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Lead the development of large data architecture initiatives, including design and deployment, ensuring alignment to broader organization objectives.
  • Technical Lead of projects and resources involved in the design and deployment of the data architecture, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place to deliver excellence and risks are identified, managed, and mitigated.
  • Capture and translate business requirements for future data & analytics architecture changes and identify techniques and technologies to be applied at the application level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least seven (7) years progressively experience in a lead data architecture role within a large and complex organization.
  • Right mix of technical and analytical skills, possessing 5 or more years of IT platform implementation experience, including off-prem and Cloud environments.
