Job Title: Project Coordinator

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing various projects across different functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking congress and manuscript publications, maintaining internal planning drives, and ensuring adherence to internal deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track congress and manuscript publications
  • Maintain internal planning drives
  • Ensure adherence to internal deadlines
  • Support project management needs across different functions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated congress disclosure planning
  • Coordinate review and ongoing communication with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, technical discipline, or allied business function
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as Veeva platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
