Overview

Admissions Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain admissions metrics and reporting tools to ensure seamless coordination across all programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate barriers in access to care and maintain a culture of excellence.
  • Respond to parent and referent inquiries, including any complaints, and maintain consistent positive and rewarding experiences.
  • Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule and may include travel to other company programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in admissions required, 2+ years in leadership in admissions, preferred.
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills, insurance, and data admissions expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
