Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Services: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior cash handling experience necessary.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, very good computer skills, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
