Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Clinical Reviewer at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a RN Clinical Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety within our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of excellence and patient safety by identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and monitor progress towards established goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to patient safety and quality improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement and patient safety best practices.
  • Participate in performance improvement committees and contribute to the development of action plans to address identified issues.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement principles and patient safety best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
