We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Fastsigns Bethpage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the marketing area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers to identify sales prospects and opportunities.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using our FASTSIGNS Selling Solution System.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
Develop and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Stay up-to-date on pricing and proposal models to provide expert advice to clients.
Prepare presentations, estimates, and sales contracts to ensure seamless project execution.
Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Participate in and practice the FASTSIGNS sales mentality of "Everybody Sells" to constantly look for sales opportunities for the center.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in networking and marketing events to expand our customer base.
Assist in collection of account receivables and coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
Conduct or supervise minor installations and coordinate various tasks and scheduling activities to ensure quality project management.
Work in a normal office and light manufacturing environment, reporting to the franchise partner or center manager.
Occasional overnight travel, weekend, and/or evening work may be required.
