The Morning Meal Service Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience from 7am to 10am. This role involves setting up and dismantling breakfast stations while fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere with team members and guests from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare breakfast service by 7:00am each day.
- Serve a variety of hot and cold breakfast options to guests.
- Regularly replenish dry food items and refill beverages during service hours.
- Assist in brewing a selection of coffee for guests.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests regarding breakfast inquiries.
- Arrive punctually for work.
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables during breakfast hours.
- Set up, manage, and dismantle breakfast stations efficiently.
- Store dry food items post-service.
- Clean surfaces and prepare the lounge area for subsequent meal services.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Preferred experience of 1 year in food service or hospitality.
This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable working in various conditions, including wet and humid environments.
