Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Stonebridge Condominiums. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and General Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services
