Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary

The Breakfast Attendant is a vital member of our team at Limelight Snowmass Winter, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests start their day off right. This role involves serving and facilitating a delicious four-star breakfast from 7am – 10am, as well as assisting in set up and tear down of the breakfast stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast each morning by 7:00am
• Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items
• Continually restock dry food items, scold items and refills all drink containers during breakfast hours
• Assist in brewing a variety of coffees for guests
• Cordially assist guests with all breakfast questions
• Report to work on time by 5:30am
• Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours
• Set up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stations
• Put all dry food items away after breakfast ends
• Clean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for lunch
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be over 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
• 1 year of food and beverage, restaurant, or fast food experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to reach, crouch, kneel, smell, taste, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces. Must be able to constantly lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds individually or with assistance.
