Job Title: PM Server

As a PM Server at Aspen Skiing Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Job Summary

The PM Server will serve food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage promptly
  • Upsell guests and offer recommendations to ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Know all menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients
  • Set up, maintain, work, and breakdown station
  • Assist in the clearing and set-up of tables during service
  • Ensure tableware and chairs are clean and in place
  • Carry tools necessary to perform job, i.e. crumbers, corkscrew, etc.
  • Complete side duties
  • Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas
  • Check with guests during service for guest satisfaction
  • Receive and process proper guest payment
  • Impute order for each meal ensuring accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
  • Six months to one year related experience preferred
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The PM Server will work in a fast-paced environment with regular exposure to wet, hot, and humid conditions. The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance is required.
