Key Responsibilities:
• Input all new business submissions into the operating system for Clearance.
• Verify licensing and compliance requirements for accounts.
• Follow up on information requests with retailers.
• Prepare coverage specifications and pricing for accounts to be presented to carriers.
• Market to designated sectors as directed by the Broker.
• Communicate with clients primarily regarding account information requests, declinations, and/or quote releases and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with account servicing based on company policies and procedures.
• Take initiative to complete tasks independently.
• Process and review the accuracy of endorsements and audits.
• Address non-routine and more complex issues with assistance as needed.
• Manage the handling of binders.
• Oversee account invoicing.
• Conduct quality control reviews on policies, endorsements, and audits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Strong sales and marketing skills are essential, along with business acumen and a commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
• Insurance license preferred.
Compensation Package:
• Competitive base salary ranging from $66,000 to $80,000 annually, along with a highly rewarding incentive bonus plan.
