Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical and non-clinical support, including psychoeducation, educational and vocational supportive counseling, and symptom management.
- Manage pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, and participate in the development and revision of comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, and the multidisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals and promote stability and functionality.
- Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts, required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with psychiatric issues, ASD, and other developmental challenges, required.
- Valid Drivers License, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation, required.
