Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Psychology Nurse. This is a part-time, ongoing position, working 24 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours, days.

Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patients. The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Supervise staff, delegating appropriate care and ensuring competency of clinical staff.
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR certification.
