  • Provide Top-Tier Support: Provide expert-level support for our enterprise messaging systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our enterprise messaging systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise messaging systems.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft systems, and enterprise messaging systems, including Exchange, Active Directory, and mail gateways.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Exchange Certifications: Microsoft Exchange-related certifications, such as MCSE or MCTS.
  • Scripting and Automation Experience: Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, PERL, or VBScript, and automation tools, such as LDIFDE.
  • Linux Experience: Experience with Linux, including SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and Novell applications and services.

Physical Demands:

  • Sedentary Work: Ability to perform sedentary work, with occasional need to move around the office.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
