We are seeking a highly qualified Radiologic Instructor to join our team at American Career College. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction to students in radiologic sciences, utilizing effective teaching methods and approved course syllabi.
- Course Development: Develop and maintain current and accurate lesson plans, attendance records, and grade records.
- Professional Growth: Remain current in the field of radiologic sciences and participate in faculty meetings, professional growth activities, and in-service training sessions.
- Student Success: Strive for student success by providing quality instruction that results in students achieving course and program objectives, retention, and preparation for entry-level positions in the healthcare field.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of occupational experience in diagnostic radiography or a closely related field, with two years of full-time clinical experience.
- Education: A baccalaureate degree and current certification in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certifications: Current CRT permit (State of California certification) and current CPR Card.
