Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting veterinarians with medical procedures, and educating clients on animal health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including vaccinations, surgeries, and diagnostic testing
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient recovery
  • Conduct laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalysis, to aid in diagnosis and treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication administration and follow-up care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing education on animal health and wellness, and addressing concerns and questions
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations
Requirements
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) certification or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or related field
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
