Role Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for guiding clients through their visit, documenting medical information, formulating treatment plans, coordinating with veterinary staff, and ensuring follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare clients for their appointments by providing necessary information and addressing inquiries.
- Greet clients warmly and escort them to the examination area.
- Accurately record medical details as provided by the veterinarian during examinations and update records accordingly.
- Develop and explain treatment plans in alignment with veterinary recommendations.
- Work closely with the veterinary team to implement treatment plans effectively.
- Schedule follow-up visits and wellness appointments.
- Facilitate prescription fulfillment and provide clear explanations to clients.
- Communicate discharge instructions and address any client questions.
- Manage client checkouts and process payments.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients regarding their pets' health and test results.

Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to exceptional client service.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare.
