  • Work closely with the veterinary team to implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Schedule follow-up visits and wellness appointments.
  • Facilitate prescription fulfillment and provide clear explanations to clients.
  • Communicate discharge instructions and address any client questions.
  • Manage client checkouts and process payments.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients regarding their pets' health and test results.

Qualifications:
