- Provide medical care to patients under the guidance of our veterinarians.

- Assist with daily clinic duties, including special cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional client care, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and check-ins.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Accurately record medical, client, and case-related information in patient records.
- Review medical records, estimates, and discharge instructions with clients.
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and informative manner.
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
- Proficiency in various skills, including laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to stay focused and efficient during medical emergencies.
- Mental acuity for reasoning, remembering, mathematics, and language skills (reading, writing, and speaking English) to perform duties effectively.
- Comfort around animals.
