Job Summary

NoCo Door and Window Guys is a locally owned and operated window replacement company specializing in high-performance, energy-saving doors and windows. We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team and help drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record in door-to-door sales and sales presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new business through door-to-door sales
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions and a flexible schedule.
